Terms of Use

Rules that govern your access to and use of the RondoSync platform, including eligibility, wallet responsibility, and the nature of Vault participation.

Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RondoSync platform (the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

The Services provide infrastructure that enables users to allocate digital assets into structured strategies (“Vaults”) that may generate yield through various execution mechanisms.

The Services do not constitute:

an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any financial instrument;
stake advice or portfolio management services;
a banking, custody, or deposit service.

All participation is at your own risk.

Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old;
You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where access to or use of the Services would be illegal or restricted;
You are not subject to any sanctions administered or enforced by any governmental authority;
You have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
All information you provide is accurate and not misleading.

RondoSync reserves the right to restrict or terminate access at its sole discretion.

Nature of the Services

The Services provide access to Vault-based capital allocation mechanisms.

Users may allocate digital assets into Vaults, which may deploy capital across various strategies and third-party platforms.

RondoSync does not act as a financial advisor, broker, or fiduciary and does not guarantee any specific outcome.

Execution of strategies may involve centralized exchanges (CEX), decentralized protocols (DEX), liquidity pools, and other infrastructure.

RondoSync does not custody user assets directly and does not operate as a custodian.

No Financial Advice

All information provided through the Services is for informational purposes only.

Nothing on the platform constitutes:

financial advice;
stake recommendations;
legal or tax advice.

Users are solely responsible for their decisions.

Wallet Responsibility

The Services require connection to a self-custodied wallet.

You are solely responsible for:

maintaining control of your private keys;
securing your wallet;
all transactions executed through your wallet.

Transactions are irreversible.

RondoSync has no ability to recover lost assets due to user error or compromised wallets.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including but not limited to:

platform design and interface
software, code, and system architecture
algorithms, models, and strategy frameworks
trademarks, logos, and branding elements

are owned by or licensed to RondoSync.

Nothing in these Terms grants users any ownership rights.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services for personal use only.

Users shall not, directly or indirectly:

copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract underlying logic;
create derivative works;
use the Services for commercial purposes without consent;
use automated systems or scraping tools;
use data or outputs to build competing services.

Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

Vault Participation

Each Vault may have specific parameters, including but not limited to:

minimum stake amount
lock-up period
withdraw conditions
fee structure
risk profile

Such parameters are displayed on the relevant Vault interface (“Vault Details Page”).

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Vault Details Page, the Vault Details Page shall prevail.

Yield and APY Disclosure

Any displayed yield, APY (Annual Percentage Yield), or performance metrics are estimates, projections, or historical indicators only.

They are not guaranteed.

Actual performance may vary significantly.

Users acknowledge that:

APY is variable;
returns may be lower than expected or negative;
past performance is not indicative of future results.

No Guarantee of Principal

RondoSync does not guarantee the return of principal.

Users may lose part or all of their deposited assets.

Participation involves substantial risk.

Use of Third-Party Platforms

The Services may involve interaction with third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

centralized exchanges (CEX)
decentralized protocols (DEX)
liquidity providers
execution infrastructure

These platforms are independent of RondoSync.

RondoSync does not control or guarantee their performance, availability, or security.

Users acknowledge that:

failures, exploits, insolvency, or outages may occur;
such events may result in partial or total loss of funds;
RondoSync is not liable for such losses.

Platform Balance

Any balance displayed on the platform (including “USD Balance”) is a notional representation only.

It does not constitute:

a bank deposit;
a custodial account;
a claim to specific underlying assets.

Balances reflect internal accounting records and may be subject to adjustments.

Withdraws

Withdraws are subject to internal processes and controls.

RondoSync may delay, limit, or suspend withdraws due to:

liquidity constraints;
market conditions;
technical issues;
security concerns.

Processing times are not guaranteed.

Fees

Fees, if applicable, may include:

performance-related fees
withdraw fees
penalty fees

All applicable fees are disclosed on the Vault Details Page.

Affiliate Program

The Services may include referral or affiliate programs.

Users must not:

engage in fraudulent activity
misrepresent the Services
conduct deceptive or abusive marketing

RondoSync may revoke rewards at its discretion.

Risks

Participation involves substantial risks, including but not limited to:

market volatility
smart contract vulnerabilities
counterparty risk
liquidity risk
infrastructure failures

Users should review the Risk Disclosure document.

Service Availability

RondoSync does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free operation of the Services.

The Services may be suspended, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RondoSync shall not be liable for:

loss of funds;
loss of rewardss;
indirect or consequential damages;
losses arising from third-party platforms;
system failures, downtime, or technical issues.

All use is at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RondoSync from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

your use of the Services;
violation of these Terms;
misuse of the platform.

Termination

RondoSync may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for:

suspected fraud
regulatory concerns
breach of Terms

Operator Disclosure

The Services are operated by an entity affiliated with RondoSync.

Certain corporate details may not be publicly disclosed.

Users acknowledge and accept this structure.

Amendments

RondoSync may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of a jurisdiction determined by RondoSync, without regard to conflict of law principles.
